FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:

ADMISSION:

This is a RSVP exclusive FREE event, and no walk-ins are allowed. This is a family friendly outdoor event for all age groups.

PARKING INSTRUCTION:

We have very limited parking in our community center campus. So please come soon to take your spot. Additional parking is available at the warehouse parking next door, you need to enter from Centergate street. India Association of San Antonio will not accept responsibility for any damage, accidents, losses or theft to vehicles. Park at your own risk.

CHECK-IN PROCESS:

Check-in is mandatory. Please show your QR code at the check-in desk and collect your wristbands. WRISTBAND IS REQUIRED FOR ALL PURCHASES.

COLOR:

Assorted color packs will be available for purchase. There will be Happy Hour sale from 1PM-3PM. Price may increase after 3PM. No outside colors are allowed.

FOOD:

Food, drinks, hot chai and water will be available to purchase from our on-site food vendors. No outside food is allowed. No alcohol is served or permitted in the event.

PAYMENT:

We accept cash and credit card. For credit card transactions minimum purchase is $25. We do not accept checks. For your convenience you can combine all your purchases (color, food etc.) into single transaction.

CULTURAL PROGRAM:

There will be a guest singer (Sa Re Ga Ma Pa fame), and various cultural performances. There will be multi-lingual DJ as well.
